30 AUG 2007:

New Tibetan (Unicode) Font: WoodBlock

We're proud to be the first and still the only company to produce working Unicode Tibetan solutions for OS X on the Macintosh.

It's official -- the Woodlbock font is finally complete and ready for use! The price has also been further reduced to only $19 for existing customers.

Tibetan Woodblock Typeface

The entire glyph repertoire is finally completed (though many of the specialized symbols still use the base font) and the last remaining adjustments are being made to optimize vowel placement. As you can see, this font is based on a popular woodblock style that we think we'll be very appealing for certain types of texts.

A great deal of time has been spent working with the glyph shapes to provide optimal position and size for complex stacks but you may still find the odd sequence that we haven't perhaps tweaked as much as you might like — please feel free to let us know about it. We will continue to make enhancements to the font.
